Hi,
I’m a member of the Blue Knights (Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club) here in Scotland, United Kingdom and I have just read of your kindness towards a fellow Knight in need in our members publication, Sword & Shield.
During the summer you loaned a stranded Blue Knight (Dale Page from Illinois) a BMW R1200RT as you repaired his wounded K1200LT and allowed him to travel on to the US Conference.
This was a mark of great customer service, and one that is surely lacking with other dealerships. I wish others were like you.
Thanks again from a R1200RT riding Motor Cop here in Scotland, and a Blue Knight for your display of generosity towards your Law Enforcement people.

48 States + Alaska Ride05/15/2012 "Good day. Just a quick follow-up email to let you know we sincerely appreciated your extraordinary efforts to keep our group on the road and on schedule for our USA 48 States + 1 (Alaska)ride. Thank you for the refreshments, the water was much appreciated and a big thanks to Bill for doing a super quick turn around on Danny's new GT 1600. Your suggestion about the Red Roof Inn proved to be invaluable since it was as you described right on the freeway and saved us a bunch of time when we pulled out in the wee hours of the morning.
